Spray Guns

Our Spray Guns are designed for superior finish performance.  The top-of-the-line spray gun is equipped with a stainless steel fluid control needle and alloy steel tip that will resist deterioration from abrasive refractory particles used in mold coatings.  Therefore, spray pattern control is maintained and essential to achieving a good, consistent finish.  Adjustments include spray pattern width and airflow for atomization and fluid delivery rate.  This provides the ability for precise control of coating placement.  The one quart cup holds enough coating to spray large molds.

We also offer a more economical spray gun that is a great choice for foundry applications as well.
